Corporate Governance Implementation

The Head of the IT Department is responsible for promoting, coordinating, and supervising all information security matters within the organization. Heads of various business units are responsible for supervising the information security of their respective operations.
The Head of the IT Department established a cross-functional Information Security Promotion Task Force to drive information security initiatives.
Information security risks are assessed regularly and reported to the Board of Directors. The most recent report to the Board was presented on October 30, 2025 (Year 114).
The Company has implemented the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard and obtained third-party certification. The certification is valid from April 29, 2025, to April 28, 2028.
