Education: M.S. in Electronics, National Chiao Tung University.
Experience: Former General Manager of Zerone Technology, with extensive experience in the ICT industry and corporate governance.
He currently oversees board governance and the company’s overall development strategy, driving organizational advancement and sustainable growth.
Morris Jiang

Vice Chairman

Education: Chinese Culture University.
Experience: Former Chief Executive Officer of Zerone Technology, and has also served as Chairman of several affiliated companies.
He currently supports vendor partnerships and channel development, while advancing Zerone’s enterprise solutions and partner ecosystem.
Nancy Huang

Vice Chairman of the Board & Corporate Spokesperson

Education: EMBA, National Taiwan University.
Experience: Former Chief Executive Officer of Zerone Technology, where she led the company’s transformation from a distribution-focused business to an enterprise solutions provider and delivered years of steady growth.
She currently focuses on strategic investments and industry partnerships, while continuing to strengthen the company’s strategic direction and brand influence.
Brian Shen

Chief Executive Officer

Education: Ph.D. in Technology Management and EMBA, National Chengchi University; Department of Electronic Engineering, National Taipei Institute of Technology.
Experience: Former President and Executive Vice President of Tatung Co., Ltd.; Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer and President of Tatung System Technologies; and former Chairman of the Taiwan Innovative Software and Services Association. He has long been involved in corporate transformation and industry development.
He currently leads Zerone’s overall operations and organizational governance, while advancing the development of the holding-company structure and enterprise service collaboration.
Kevin Chen

General Manager

Education: Executive Management Program, National Chengchi University.
Experience: With more than two decades at Zerone, he previously served as Head of the Sales Business Unit and specializes in team leadership and vendor development.
He currently oversees business operations and growth initiatives, while strengthening distribution capabilities and solution integration.
Katy Chang

Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Corporate Spokesperson

Education: B.A. in Accounting, Providence University.
Experience: Her background includes financial control, accounting management, information disclosure, and capital market communications.
She currently oversees financial governance and compliance, while also serving as the company’s investor relations contact.
