Terms of Service for the Zero One Technology Website Member

Please read the “Zero One Technology Website Member Terms of Service ” (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Service” or the “Terms”) carefully. By selecting the “I have read and agree to the Member Terms” option, or by accessing or using any portion of the services provided herein, you acknowledge and agree that you have thoroughly read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions contained in these Terms. Your continued use of the service shall constitute your full and irrevocable consent to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Zero One Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zero One Technology” or the “Company”) provides, through the “Zero One Technology Website (http://www.zerone.com.tw)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Zero One Website” or the “Website”), information related to the software and hardware products, services, maintenance and operation support, training, solutions, or marketing activities that the Company sells, provides, or implements (collectively, the “Services”), in accordance with these Terms of Service. By completing the member registration process on the Zero One Website and commencing use of the Services, the member shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms of Service as well as the Company's Privacy Policy.
  2. Zero One Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments or modifications of content will be published on the Zero One Website, and such changes will become effective seven (7) days following the date of publication. It is recommended that members shall regularly review these Terms and conditions for any amendments or modifications, as the Zero One Website will not issue individual notifications.
  3. Continued use of the Services by the member after any modification or amendment to these Terms shall constitute the member's acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of such modification or amendment. If the member does not agree to the aforementioned revisions or amendments, or does not accept any other provision of these Service Terms, the member shall immediately cease using the Services.
  4. All declarations of intent by members regarding the use of this Service shall be submitted in the form of electronic documents.

To use this service, you agree to the following:

  1. You agree to provide accurate, up to date, and complete personal information about yourself as requested in the Services registration form.
  2. When registering as a member, you are solely responsible for any issues arising from false, incorrect, or inaccurate information.
  3. If a member provides or registers any incorrect or false information, fails to provide information as instructed, or lacks necessary information, the Company has the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the member's account and all functions of this Website, and to refuse the member's use of all or part of the Services. If the Website or any third party suffers any loss as a result, the member involved shall bear all related responsibilities.
  4. Individuals who register under a false name or using another person's identity information will not receive legal protection and will be fully responsible for all civil and criminal liabilities arising therefrom.

Information related to your member registration and other specific data is protected and governed in accordance with the Zero One Website Privacy Protection Policy. You understand and agree that, by using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data by the Website in accordance with the Privacy Protection Policy, including cross-border transmission and storage, as well as use by the Website, Zero One Technology, and its affiliated companies.

  • Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data
    1. Notification Items: Pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as 'the PDPA'), the following matters are hereby disclosed to the members of this Website:
      1. Name of the collecting entity: Zero One Technology Co., Ltd.
      2. Purpose of Collection: 040 Marketing, 069 Contracts, quasi-contracts, or other legal relationship matters, 090 Consumer, customer management and service, 091 Consumer Protection, 148 Online Shopping and other E-Commerce Service, 157 Surveys, Statistics, and Research analysis, 181 Other business operations in accordance with the business registration or Articles of Incorporation
      3. Categories of Personal Data : Name, gender, company (organization), job title, contact information (telephone number, email, mailing address), and other information used to identify individuals (Identification Category).
      4. Period of Use for Personal Data: The duration of the user's membership.
      5. Regions of Use of personal data: The geographic areas where Zero One Technology and its affiliates operate to achieve the aforementioned purposes of collection, as well as the locations and regions where the business of the authorized recipients is conducted (including jurisdictions outside the Republic of China, Taiwan, that are not prohibited from international data transfer by the competent authorities).
      6. Recipients and Methods of Personal Data Use:
        1. Zero One Technology shall furnish its members with the latest product information, promotional campaigns, and course information through email, telephone, SMS, or written correspondence. Member data will be shared with logistics providers, payment processors, financial institutions, and shipping companies as necessary to facilitate the provision of the Services.
        2. Zero One Technology may provide the personal data that members register on or submit to the Zero One Website to its affiliated platforms—including, but not limited to, Cloud Service Network, AOD, ZOPiS Digital Surveillance, and Zero One Cybersecurity Guardian Services—for their collection, processing, use, international transmission, and for the following purposes:
        3. Consent to the use of personal data for the provision of all website services and information, including but not limited to market research, survey questionnaires, or various electronic newsletters sent by the Company on its own or on behalf of corporate clients.
        4. Other uses for specific purposes for which the member has granted express consent through written documents, email, facsimile, or by clicking the 'Agree' button on the Website.
        5. Zero One Technology may, for the purpose of joint marketing, disclose, refer, or exchange member data within an appropriate and necessary scope to other websites under the Company, allied partner sites, affiliated companies, original manufacturers of the products sold by the Company, and business cooperation partners for reciprocal use.
      7. Rights and Methods for Exercising Data Subject Rights pursuant to Article 3 of the PDPA: Members may inquire, review, download duplicate copies, supplement or correct their personal data through the trading platform provided on this Website. For requests to cease the collection, processing, or use, and delete of personal data, members may contact the Company from Monday to Friday via the Customer Service email at marketing@zerone.com.tw or by leaving a message at this Website.
  • Use of Cookie Technology

    Cookies are small data files transmitted from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. The Company's Website may use cookies as a means of communication and identification with you for purposes such as order authentication, recording your product preferences, ensuring transactional security, and facilitating the provision of personalized services. Cookies do not record your personal data. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you may disable the cookie function in your browser settings; however, doing so may prevent you from successfully logging into the Company's Website or using member services.

  1. Members shall not disclose, transfer, share, rent, or lend their account or password information to others under any circumstances.
  2. Members are prohibited from sharing their accounts with others without justifiable cause and the prior written consent of this Website.
  3. In the event that a member's account is stolen or misappropriated by a third party, the member shall notify the Zero One Website immediately and follow the procedures as instructed by the Zero One Website.
  4. Members shall be solely responsible for any and all losses resulting from mismanagement or negligence regarding their accounts and passwords.

Members or users undertake never to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any illegal manner, and commit to complying with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China, Taiwan, and all international practices regarding internet use. This obligation applies to all members, including those located outside the jurisdiction of the Republic of China, Taiwan. Members agree and warrant that they shall not use the Services to engage in any act that infringes upon the rights and interests of others or violates the law, including but not limited to:

  1. Publishing or transmitting any text, images, or files in any form that are defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, contrary to public order or good morals, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws.
  2. Any act that infringes upon or damages the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, and any other rights of third parties;
  3. Any violation of confidentiality obligations arising from applicable laws and regulations or contractual agreements;
  4. Impersonating any person or entity, or using false or fraudulent email addresses to use the Services;
  5. Transmission or dissemination of computer viruses;
  6. Engaging in commercial activities without prior authorization from this Website;
  7. Publishing, transmitting, or sending spam, chain letters, or unauthorized multi-level marketing messages and advertisements from this Website; storing any data that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others or violates applicable laws and regulations;
  8. Engage in any conduct that causes annoyance, result in distress, or breaches general internet ethics and netiquette protocols towards other users or third parties of these Services;
  9. Without the prior written consent of this Website, users shall not download, publicly transmit, redistribute, reproduce, modify, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit this Website or its content; additionally, collecting or utilizing any product catalogs, descriptions, and pricing or other published information for purposes such as data collection, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools is strictly prohibited;
  10. Any conduct that is inconsistent with the intended purpose of this Services or any actions that the Website, based on reasonable grounds, deems inappropriate.

  1. To ensure the quality of services, the Zero One Website shall endeavor to maintain a stable and smooth operation of the system. In the event of equipment failures or malfunctions, the Website will undertake repairs to restore operations as soon as reasonably practicable.
  2. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the Zero One Website shall suspend the Services, with or without prior notice, and shall bear no liability whatsoever to the member or any third party:
    1. When it becomes necessary to suspend the Services in order to perform repairs or conduct routine system maintenance
    2. When services must be suspended due to force majeure events—such as natural disasters or unforeseen incidents—or when telecommunications providers are required to cease electronic communication services.
    3. When the Website is unable to provide the Services due to reasons not attributable to Zero One Technology.

The prices of products or services displayed on this Website are provided for reference only and shall not constitute an offer, an invitation to offer, or any form of commitment by this Website to any member, user, or third party. If a member, user, or third party intends to procure such products or services, they shall independently contact the sales personnel of Zero One Technology to inquire about pricing, and the final transaction shall be governed by the written agreement executed by both parties. The aforementioned product or service price information may be modified by this Website at any time without prior notice.

All software, images, or programs utilized by this Website, along with all content—including but not limited to graphics, product designs, writings, pictures, files, information, data, website layouts, and web page designs—are owned by the Company or other respective rights holders in accordance with their intellectual property rights. These rights include, but are not limited to, trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. Without explicit authorization from this Website and the respective rights holders, no individual or entity is permitted to use, display, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, transmit, reprint, adapt, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit this content in any manner. Additionally, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the content is strictly prohibited. Violations of these terms will be prosecuted under applicable copyright laws and related legal statutes. If a member intends to cite or reproduce the aforementioned software, images, programs, or Website content, the member must obtain prior written consent from the Company or the relevant rights holders in accordance with applicable laws. The offending party will be held liable for damages, including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees, payable to the Company. Any violation will be prosecuted in accordance with the Copyright Act and other applicable laws, and the violator must indemnify the Company for all damages (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees etc.). If a member is involved in any infringing conduct, the Company may suspend all or part of the services provided to the member or may terminate the member's account directly.

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms of Service, as well as any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. The Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for the jurisdiction of any such disputes.

  • A. Purpose:
    To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information assets of Zero One Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), this policy has been established in accordance with cyber security regulations, and aligns with Article 9 of the Regulations Governing Establishment of Internal Control Systems by Public Companies which pertains to the control operations and relevant laws and requirements of computerized information processing systems. The policy aims to safeguard the Company against internal and external threats, whether intentional or accidental.
  • B. Scope and Applicability:
    1. This Policy applies to all employees, outsourced service vendors, data users (including custodians), and visitors, covering all associated systems within the Company.
    2. The scope of cyber security management encompasses all domains designed to safeguard against data misuse, disclosure, modification, or damage arising from human negligence, intentional acts, or natural catastrophes, thereby mitigating potential organizational risks.
  • C. Objectives:
    The Company's cyber security policy is to 'effectively utilize resources to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.' Through the implementation of this policy, the following objectives are to be achieved:
    1. Establish a secure and trustworthy information-driven operational environment to safeguard the security of the Company's data, systems, equipment, and networks, thereby ensuring the sustainability of business operations.
    2. Safeguard the security of the Company's business services by ensuring that access to information is restricted to authorized personnel only, thereby maintaining its confidentiality.
    3. Protect the security of the Company's business services and prevent unauthorized alterations, thereby ensuring their accuracy and integrity at all times.
    4. Formulate the Company's Business Sustainability Plan to ensure the continuous operation of information and communication business services.
    5. Ensure that the execution of all business services provided by the Company complies with applicable cyber security regulations, and contractual obligations of collaborating parties.
  • D. Responsibilities:
    1. The Company shall establish a dedicated Cyber Security Organization to coordinate and implement relevant security initiatives.
    2. Management shall actively participate in and endorse the Cyber Security Management System (CSMS), and implement this policy through appropriate standards and procedures.
    3. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all personnel associated with the Company, including employees, outsourced service vendors, data users (including custodians), and visitors.
    4. All Company employees, outsourced service vendors, and data users (including custodians) are responsible for reporting any cyber security incidents or vulnerabilities through appropriate reporting mechanisms.
    5. Any act that compromises cyber security shall be subject to civil and criminal liability, or disciplinary action in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
  • E. Management Objectives:
    To ensure the achievement of the organization's cyber security management objectives and performance, maintain alignment with the cyber security policy objectives, and effectively implement the Cyber Security Management System (CSMS), the "Cyber Security Protection Objectives Achievement Plan (I-B-01-04)" is hereby established.
  • F. Management Review:
    This policy shall undergo a management review at least once a year to incorporate the latest developments in government regulations, technology, and business, ensuring the Company's business sustainability capability. Any information security-related feedback from stakeholders – such as cyber security organizations, competent authorities (or legal/regulatory requirements), or experts and scholars - should be included as discussion topics in the management review meetings.
  • G. Implementation:
    This Policy shall take effect upon formulation and approval by the Cyber Security Management Organization. The same procedure shall apply to any future amendments.

  • A. Acceptance of Terms
    The Company/Services will deliver important messages to you via notification messages. You may still receive these messages even if you have not added the Company/Services as a Friend.

    Notification messages sent by the Company/Services are limited to information that is valid and important to you. Messages for advertising or other purposes will not be sent. Those who meet the following three conditions will be eligible to receive notification messages:

    1. The phone number registered in the LINE account settings matches the phone number provided to the Company/Services.
    2. This LINE account has consented to receive 'Notification Messages' within the LINE app settings.
    3. The LINE account has not blocked the LINE Official Account responsible for sending the messages.

    Instructions for changing Notification Message settings are as follows:

    1. Select 'Home' > 'Settings'
    2. Select 'Privacy Settings'
    3. Select 'Provide Usage Information'
    4. Select 'LINE Notification Messages'
    5. Toggle the Receive 'LINE Notification Messages' setting to On or Off.
    6. After turning off 'Receive Notification Messages', you will no longer receive notification messages from Company Official Accounts or Verified Official Accounts.
